It is your responsibility to ensure you follow these rules for the Tryout Camp: 

* Bring your own valid ID, equipment, water bottles, clothes for weather.
* When you have completed this form, it will be sent to the e-mail you specify. PRINT OFF THAT E-MAIL AND BRING IT WITH YOU TO THE CAMP.
* Make sure you show up on time for registration on the day of the camp or you won't be allowed to participate. You will have to fill out a waiver form at that time.
* Payment of $100 must be received before 5:00pm on Friday, August 27 or you won't be able to participate. You can pay at the FC Edmonton office at 9725 - 62 Avenue. We accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard, or cash. You can also pay by credit card over the phone by calling 780.439.7529.

Where: St.Albert Turf Field just north of the Riel Recreation Park on Riel Drive.
