Our hiring process is pretty basic. The path to getting on our team usually involves a first conversation with the GM and maybe thats a phone interview or a quick coffee. Next is an actual interview with 1-3 members of our team. Finally if you make it far enough, you’ll meet the entire front office. POSITION DESCRIPTION - Account Executive - Season Seat & Group Sales

  • This position is primarily responsible for coordinating FCE group and season seat sales strategies as required.

Secondary Role:

  • As part of a team, this position will also lead/assist in coordinating ticket sales and/or customer related events/promotions within the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secures new FCE group sales, season seat and related customers by networking and prospecting;
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through on-going communication and problem solving;
  • Helps develop and execute all sales strategies, tactics, profit targets, sales plans;
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with all FCE partners;
  • Collaborates with the marketing team for sales initiatives through a variety of mediums (digital/print etc.)
  • Maintains and continually updates the existing FCE customer dbase;
  • Represents FCE at all related trade shows and sales events;
  • This position engages in all sales related FCE or third party events and promotions;

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

  • This position will have weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual quotas to achieve.

Reporting

  • Through the ticketing platform and CRM, this position supplies direct supervisor with weekly sales reports on progress of all sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent presentation & communication skills, both written and verbal. 

  • 4 years +  experience in a direct face-to-face sales representative role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.

​Working conditions

  • Special working conditions requires flexibility, braving weather elements, and working game days during the NASL regular and playoff seasons (where applicable).

Compensation

  • This position is base salary plus commission.
